Job Description

Sheepgate is seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Coordinator to oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance projects both on and off campus. This role combines hands‑on construction leadership with mentorship opportunities, helping guide students while supporting the ongoing growth and improvement of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee construction and maintenance projects
• Supervise construction crews, students, and subcontractors
• Prepare bids, budgets, and project timelines
• Order and manage construction materials and supplies
• Ensure job sites maintain OSHA and safety standards
• Assist with campus repairs, facility improvements, and maintenance needs
• Track project expenses and submit documentation accurately
