Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Construction Coordinator for a full-time, in-office role in Corpus Christi, Texas.

You will be the customer's main contact on reconstruction projects, help identify requirements and specifications, and keep projects organized from start to finish while supporting Project Managers and the team. If you are self-motivated, organized, and possess strong customer service skills, you could thrive here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office experience.
• Restoration or construction industry experience highly preferred.
• Able to multitask and stay detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with computer applications used in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and promptly with customers and project stakeholders
• Track daily project status, audits, and work-in-progress
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software
• Review and validate job site documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to keep project documentation thorough and accurate from beginning to end
• Assist other departments as needed
