Position Overview

A Production Coordinator will assist the Construction Manager in the successful and efficient completion of projects as sold to our clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and will help coordinate resources to ensure efficiency and accuracy of all projects.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in developing and executing weekly production management goals and plans.
2. Ensure all project details are clearly identified and communicated to the crew(s).
3. Provide daily updates on the status of all active projects.
4. Manage administrative tasks and documents related to the business.
5. Order, pick up, and deliver materials to the job site.

Qualifications

1. At least 1 year of construction industry experience.
2. High standards for customer service.
3. Ability to handle construction materials of all shapes and sizes.
4. Ability to lift objects weighing 50+ lbs.
5. Ability to multitask across several projects.
6. Strong written, mobile, and verbal communication skills.
7. Proficiency with desktop and mobile technology.
8. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
9. Own reliable transportation with a monthly stipend for personal vehicle use.
10. Valid driver’s license.
11. Experience hauling trailers and tie-down procedures.
