Qualifications

• Requires thorough knowledge of accounting functions and procedures.
• Experience preparing weekly payrolls and processing 401K deposits.
• Prepare month-end close, including WIP, A/R, A/P and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide reports to CPA firm and field teams for financial statements and project cost reporting.
• Maintain company accounts, cash projections, and month-end closings.
