Ground Up Construction Recruiting partners with a family-owned general contractor in Lincoln to hire a Controller who will lead the accounting/finance department. This role goes beyond month-end reporting and requires owning day-to-day accounting while guiding financial decisions for the company.

You’ll collaborate with project managers, leadership, vendors, and field teams to ensure projects and the business are financially strong. A proactive ownership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or a family-owned business.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and financial systems.

Responsibilities
