Job summary

DIAMOND CUSTOM HOMES is seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee accounting across three related companies. You will manage the close process, financial reporting, and cash flow analysis while leading a team and driving process improvements.

A strong GAAP foundation and expertise with QuickBooks Online are essential. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, leadership ability, and experience in construction accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Controller/Accounting leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions for three related companies.
• Ensure accurate monthly financial statements and lead month-end close.
• Coordinate with outside CPA for annual tax preparation.
• Supervise accounts payable/receivable and vendor invoicing.
