Qualifications

• CPA license and active status required.
• Minimum 7 years progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Experience with construction accounting, job costing, WIP, revenue recognition, and forecasting.
• GAAP knowledge and strong financial analysis.
• ERP experience with Vista, Viewpoint, CMiC, Foundation, Sage 300 CRE, or JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management of multiple construction projects from award to closeout.
• Analyze project profitability, budgets, forecasts, committed costs, and cash flow.
• Review WIP schedules and revenue recognition.
• Monitor job costing and identify variances and risks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to improve financial performance.
• Present project financial reporting to executives.
• Support strategic decisions with financial analysis.
• Review contracts, change orders, costs, and billing.
• Strengthen accounting processes and internal controls.
• Assist with month-end close and project reconciliations.
