Construction Controller Location: Houston, TX Company Overview: Established and growing organization within the construction / real estate development industry is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations and drive long-term growth across its Houston portfolio. This role will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and oversee all financial activities for Houston operations.

Position Summary

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, project financing, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry experience in construction or real estate development, with a strong understanding of job costing, WIP reporting, capital structuring, and project-based financial oversight.
