Job summary

Now CFO in Houston seeks a Construction Controller to oversee financial operations on our construction projects. The role centers on budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining strong financial controls to ensure projects stay within budget.

You will work with project managers, analyze risks, manage AP/AR, and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership to drive successful project outcomes. A CPA and 5+ years in construction finance are preferred, with proficiency in Excel and financial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
CPA designation is a plus.
5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
