Job summary

Kundlas Consulting Group LLC seeks a Construction Control Representative for field inspection, monitoring, documentation, and contract-compliance support on USACE projects. Location is on-site; duties include daily reporting, testing coordination, and maintaining records.

Minimum requirements include construction inspection or management experience and the ability to interpret plans, specs, and contract documents. USACE and federal inspection experience are preferred.

Our core services include on-site inspection of roadway, bridge, and utility construction to ensure adherence to engineering specifications, safety standards, and contract requirements. We support clients with daily reporting, materials testing coordination, schedule tracking, and quality assurance oversight. Additional services include project management, grants management for federally funded infrastructure and disaster recovery programs.

About the Role:

The Construction Control Representative will provide field inspection, construction monitoring, documentation, and contract-compliance support for USACE construction projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Construction inspection or construction management experience.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

• USACE experience preferred.
• Federal construction inspection experience preferred.
• Experience with RMS or similar systems preferred.
