Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preferred USACE experience and credentials such as CCM, PMP, or PE. Location is on-site and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in construction management or related field.
• USACE experience preferred.
• CCM, PMP, PE, or related credential preferred.
• Federal construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction progress and contractor performance.
• Monitor schedule, cost, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate inspections, RFIs, submittals, and changes.
• Conduct project meetings and site visits.
• Review payment applications and progress reports.
• Support issue resolution and project closeout.
