Job summary

Kundlas Consulting Group LLC is seeking a Construction Control Representative to perform field inspection, construction monitoring, documentation, and contract-compliance support for USACE projects. The position is on-site with location to be determined.

You will inspect activities for contract compliance, document daily progress, track deficiencies, review work for quality, and coordinate testing and inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction inspection or construction management.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• USACE experience and federal construction inspection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction activities for contract compliance.
• Document daily progress, labor, equipment, materials, and site conditions.
• Identify deficiencies and track corrective actions.
• Review contractor work for quality and completeness.
• Support quantity verification and payment reviews.

Our core services include on-site inspection of roadway, bridge, and utility construction to ensure adherence to engineering specifications, safety standards, and contract requirements. We support clients with daily reporting, materials testing coordination, schedule tracking, and quality assurance oversight. Additional services include project management, grants management for federally funded infrastructure and disaster recovery programs.

About the Role:

The Construction Control Representative will provide field inspection, construction monitoring, documentation, and contract-compliance support for USACE construction projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Construction inspection or construction management experience.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

• USACE experience preferred.
• Federal construction inspection experience preferred.
• Experience with RMS or similar systems preferred.
