Hinterland-Group seeks a Construction Legal Professional to provide comprehensive legal support on construction and government bid contracts. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, and assist with litigation matters related to construction disputes.

The role requires exceptional organization, research, and communication skills, with strong knowledge of legal administration and MS Office. This in-person position is based in New York and offers competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, including subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Review and prepare municipal and government bid documents.
• Provide legal support for general and commercial litigation related to construction disputes.
• Support legal administrative functions such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Prepare clear legal writing, reports, and summaries for project teams and management.
