The Opportunity

  • Surety Bonding & Pre-Project Documentation: Coordinate payment and performance bonds, letter of credit submittals, vendor disclosures, and state licensing verifications for newly awarded commercial builds.
  • Estimating & Bid Proposal Support: Assist the estimating division with compiling bid packages, public works bid forms, prequalification questionnaires, and mandatory project compliance disclosures.
  • Contract Risk Auditing & Software Utilization: Review incoming client contracts and vendor markups using contract review platforms (e.g., Document Crunch) to identify indemnification risks, liquidated damages clauses, and retainage terms.
  • Subcontractor Prequalification & Onboarding: Manage vendor prequalification databases—evaluating trade safety metrics (EMR), financial stability, past performance records, and licensing status.
  • Document Control & Audit Readiness: Maintain structured, audit-ready digital archives for all executed contracts, lien waivers, COIs, bonding instruments, and legal addenda.
