Focus Search LLC in Seattle is recruiting a Construction Contracts Manager for a global logistics company, overseeing commercial agreements, purchase orders, and contractor relationships across major infrastructure and industrial projects.

The role partners with procurement, legal, operations, and project teams to manage contract execution, change orders, claims, risk mitigation, and contractor performance while protecting the company’s commercial interests.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering or related.
• Advanced degree or certification (MBA, PMP, Certified Contract Manager or equivalent).
• 5-10 years progressive experience in contract management for large projects.
• Experience with USD 100M+ contracts and capital projects.
