Job summary

PayneCrest Electric, Inc. in Saint Louis, Missouri, is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist to support the administration, review, and management of construction contracts and related project documentation.

This role partners with Operations, Legal, Risk Management, and Project Teams to ensure contracts are executed, tracked, and maintained in accordance with company standards while minimizing contractual risk.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, NDAs, and other project-related agreements for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate the contract execution process, ensuring timely routing, approvals, signatures, and document retention.
• Track contract milestones, insurance requirements, amendments, renewals, notices, and other key obligations.
• Maintain organized contract files and document management systems.
• Partner with Operations and Risk Management to identify contract issues and elevate items requiring legal review.
• Assist with preparing contract exhibits, correspondence, and standard contract documentation.
• Support project teams by answering contract-related administrative questions and ensuring documentation remains current.
• Help develop and maintain standardized contract processes, templates, and best practices.
