Job summary

Loenbro seeks a Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts across our construction lifecycle. You will draft, review, negotiate, execute, and maintain agreements with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and partners, ensuring compliance with company policies while mitigating risk in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–7+ years’ experience in contract management, procurement, or legal operations.
• Strong understanding of contract terminology, negotiation principles and risk management.
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and vendor contracts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software/ERP systems.
• Ability to collaborate and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial contracts and amendments.
• Ensure contracts comply with company standards, legal requirements and regulations.
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Log and track negotiation status, milestones, renewals, and obligations.
• Coordinate flow down of Prime Contract requirements to subs and vendors.
• Provide contract guidance with internal stakeholders and support change orders.
• Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and standardized processes.
• Utilize Docusign to coordinate negotiation, execution, and retention.
• Serve as primary contact for contract-related questions and escalations.
• Support audits, reporting, and documentation requests.
• Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance and ensure obligations are met.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on high-risk agreements and disputes.
