Energy Center-Manhattan Pool in Manhattan, Kansas is seeking dependable construction workers to join our year-round team. This full-time role focuses on site prep, concrete work, and finish tasks related to custom swimming pools and outdoor spaces.

No pool-building experience is required; we will train you in the specialized skills while you gain general construction experience. Relocation is welcome for a long-term opportunity.

Qualifications

• Prior general construction or concrete experience preferred.
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Physically capable of outdoor work in varying weather.
• Willing to learn new skills and relocate for long-term opportunities.
• Swimming pool experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist on site with preparation, measuring, excavation, and grading.
• Perform concrete and structural work, build forms, and assist with rebar.
• Install pavers, decking, and finish materials.
• Support pool construction and equipment installation.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety procedures.
• Work safely with hand and power tools.
