The ideal candidate is physically capable, reliable, with experience in outdoor construction and safety-conscious practices.

The role involves following foreman instructions, maintaining a clean worksite, and collaborating with a team in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in outdoor construction related to swimming pool building (construction, plumbing, electrical, masonry).
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job (lifting, standing long periods).
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery.
• Prompt and punctual attendance to the shop or worksite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site layout, measurement, excavation, plumbing, backfilling, forming, steel tying, concrete placement, rigging, and installation.
• Use construction and maintenance tools to complete daily tasks.
• Transport materials and equipment between locations.
• Safely operate tools including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, and hand tools.
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding.
• Follow all safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash and excess materials.
