Bailey-Harris Construction Co. Inc is seeking a Co-Op / Intern to gain hands-on experience across all phases of commercial construction.

The role supports project teams in the field and in the office, bridging academic work with practical application and professional development. You will participate in project administration, estimating exposure, safety initiatives, and quality control, with an end-of-semester presentation.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in commercial construction, project management, field operations, estimating, safety, and quality.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Willingness to work in both field and office environments.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency; exposure to construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or takeoff tools is helpful.

• Support day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects.
• Assist with project administration and estimating exposure.
