• Current student pursuing a degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in commercial construction, project management, field operations, estimating, safety, and quality.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Willingness to work in both field and office environments.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency; exposure to construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or takeoff tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects.
• Assist with project administration, estimating exposure, and safety and quality initiatives.
• Complete assigned checklist activities and participate in safety education.
• Prepare an end-of-semester presentation.
