Doxel is hiring a Construction Client Manager to work remotely from Virginia with regular travel to client sites. You will guide technology adoption in the field, build strong relationships with General Contractors and owners, and drive adoption of Doxel’s platform to improve schedule, risk, and cash flow.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, run business reviews, and become the subject matter expert on our products and services for strategic customers across the US.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in commercial construction in roles like project engineer, manager, scheduler, or controls.
• Experience guiding technology adoption with field teams.
• Willingness to travel weekly up to 50% to jobsites.

Aufgaben

• Act as trusted advisor to strategic customers, driving impact.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with executives.
• Document feature requests and escalate technical issues to engineering.
• Gather feedback to identify trends, pain points and friction points.
• Foster universal adoption of the Doxel platform.
• Share best practices to improve efficiency and industry evolution.
• Build FAQs and knowledge resources for customers.
• Travel to jobsites to build rapport with customers.
