Doxel is seeking a Construction Client Manager to work with the world’s largest GC and owners, guiding technology adoption in the field to improve progress visibility and value.

This remote-first role in Atlanta involves weekly travel to jobsites, building relationships, delivering trainings, and driving adoption of Doxel’s platform across project teams from field engineers to VPs.

You will become the subject-matter expert and help customers land measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction roles.
• Experience guiding owners and contractors on tech adoption.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to strategic customers.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of Doxel across field teams and projects.
• Perform site visits and trainings at major projects.
• Document feature requests and escalate technical issues to engineering.
