Responsibilities

• Conduct site clean‑up behind subcontractors by removing debris, disposing of trash, and preparing the area for the next subcontractor.
• Perform walk‑throughs with contractors to confirm expectations and receive special clean‑up instructions.
• Complete post‑construction cleaning of finished spaces: wipe down fixtures, walls, appliances, sweep, mop floors, and clean outdoor sidewalks and patios.
• Use appropriate cleaning products, avoiding harsh chemicals on delicate materials such as granite, marble, or quartz.

Coordinate with supervisors or subcontractors to confirm that the clean‑up job met expectations.
