On-Site Duties

Site clean‑up involves coming in behind various subcontractors to remove debris, dispose of trash, and prepare the area for the next crew. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning up after flooring contractors and readying the site for painters, cabinetry workers, or other subcontractors
• Properly disposing of any debris and trash
• Conducting a walk‑through with the contractor to understand specific clean‑up expectations and instructions
• Following up with the contractor (or acting as an independent contractor) to confirm that the clean‑up job met expectations
