Job summary

Georgia Cleaning Pros LLC is seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Cleaning Foreman to lead cleaning crews on an active data center construction site. You will supervise daily work, coordinate with project teams, ensure turnover readiness and enforce strict safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have prior data center/construction cleaning experience, strong leadership, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center, construction or commercial cleaning.
• Foreman/supervisor/crew-lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning phases and final-turnover standards.
• Ability to work around sensitive electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Attendancedependable; reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds; stand/walk/bend for extended periods.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• OSHA training and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning crews and assign daily work areas.
• Conduct pre-shift safety meetings and communicate production goals.
• Oversee rough, progressive, final and turnover cleaning.
• Ensure data center areas stay clean with minimal dust and contaminants.
• Coordinate cleaning around electrical, mechanical, server-room infrastructure.
• Work with project managers, superintendents and other trades.
• Inspect completed areas for quality and client turnover readiness.
• Monitor attendance, hours, productivity and performance.
• Enforce site safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Ensure proper cleaning methods and equipment usage.
• Maintain tools, equipment and supply inventory.
• Train new employees on safety, quality and data center cleanliness.
• Complete daily reports and inspection checklists.
• Report safety hazards and performance issues.
• Assist crew to meet project schedules.
