Job summary

TalentPartners seeks dependable Construction Cleaners / General Laborers to support an active data center construction project in Missouri. This role focuses on HAC installation support and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Ideal candidates have construction cleaning or general labor background, and are comfortable in an active construction site.

OSHA 10 is a plus. You will sweep, vacuum, remove debris, clean surfaces, and assist with final turnover while following site safety

Qualifications

• Experience in construction cleaning or general labor preferred.
• Able to work safely in an active construction environment.
• Must be able to lift, move and carry materials.
• Able to stand and work for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• OSHA 10 or data center experience is a plus.

• Remove packaging, scrap material and waste from active work areas.
• Clean floors, walls, doors, panels and installed equipment surfaces.

• Maintain organized and debris-free workspaces.
• Assist with final construction cleaning and preparation for project turnover.
• Follow all project safety requirements and site procedures.
• Work alongside construction crews, supervisors and other trades as needed.

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable Construction Cleaners / General Laborers to support an active data center construction project. This position will primarily support ongoing Hot Aisle Containment (HAC) installation and general construction activities by maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment.

Prior data center experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should have previous construction, commercial cleaning or general labor experience and be comfortable working in an active construction environment.
