Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in construction claims or dispute resolution.
• Experience with schedules, cost documentation, change orders, and project performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Analyze construction documentation including schedules, contracts, and cost records.
• Develop schedule analyses using CPM methodologies.
• Prepare reports, exhibits, and memos for clients and disputes.
• Support expert witnesses with research and document organization.
• Travel for site visits and client meetings.
