Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience on commercial, institutional, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
• Understanding of Design‑Bid‑Build, CM‑at‑Risk, and IPD methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze construction project documentation (contracts, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost records).
• Assist in technical analyses on delays, disruption, productivity loss, and cost impacts.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedule analyses and updates.
• Perform forensic schedule reviews and delay impact assessments.
• Evaluate performance against baselines, milestones, and budgets.
• Prepare client reports, exhibits, and memoranda for disputes.
• Create timelines and supporting documentation for claims.
• Assist in quantification of damages for delays and changes.
• Produce clear work products for mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
• Support expert witness teams with research and exhibit prep.
• Travel for site visits and meetings.
