Job summary

GForce Life Sciences is seeking a Cost and Claims Analyst to support cost controls and Unifier administration for a campus expansion project. You will review change orders, assist with commercial reviews, and help maintain the project risk register with emphasis on data accuracy and process improvements.

The role involves field engagement with project managers, cost evaluation of unit rates, and collaboration with the Cost and Claims Manager to ensure contract compliance and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Finance-related field.
• 10 years of experience in one or more of the following: Change order or claims support.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier, or a similar project controls/EPPM platform (e.g., e-Builder, Procore, CMiC), required
• General knowledge of construction management, change order processes, and commercial/contract documentation

Responsibilities

• Support change order and commercial review activities for campus expansion projects.
• Develop Unifier-based reports and dashboards for project leadership.
• Assist Project Controls with audits and data requests.
• Onboard new Unifier users and develop quick-reference guides.
• Maintain change order logs and risk register; coordinate with funding/contingency.
• Interface with Construction Managers and subcontractors to ensure documentation requirements.
