Mortenson is seeking a CDL Driver to operate Water Truck, Dump Truck, Haul Truck, and Tractor Trailer/Lowboy on project sites in the United States. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork on demanding construction sites.

Qualified candidates will hold a valid CDL with proper endorsements, be able to read load charts, and perform basic maintenance. This position requires working on site with a strong safety mindset and collaboration with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Related construction experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license with proper classification and endorsements as required by law.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
• Positive attitude and professional customer service skills.

• Ability to operate equipment and read load charts.
• Ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and listening.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks based on project requirements: Water Truck, Dump Truck, Haul Truck, Tractor Trailer/Lowboy.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly assigned area.
• Perform routine maintenance: lubricating, fueling, cleaning.
• Observe equipment to detect malfunctions.
• Follow work plans and pre-task cards.
• Build and maintain relationships across diverse teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
