Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Carpenter for Ft Meade, MD to support construction and facility improvement projects on a military installation. The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and reliable performance in a dynamic on-site environment.

You will perform rough and finish carpentry, install doors/frames/hardware, and handle drywall, insulation, cabinetry, and trim. The ideal candidate reads blueprints and maintains high standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven carpentry experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience with rough and finish carpentry.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain military installation access.

Summary

The Carpenter performs rough and finish carpentry work supporting construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects. Responsibilities include installing and repairing doors, frames, hardware, drywall, insulation, cabinetry, shelving, and other interior finishes. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

What You'll Do

• Rough and finish carpentry
• Door, frame, and hardware installation/repair
• Drywall, insulation, and punch list completion
• Cabinetry, shelving, trim, and finish work
• Renovation and maintenance projects
• Read blueprints and work from construction drawings

What We're Looking For

• Proven carpentry experience
• Experience with rough and finish carpentry
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain military installation access
