Job summary

CoVolt Power in Mexia, TX is seeking a Bus Driver to support our solar construction projects. This field-based role safely transports employees between parking areas and the onsite work site, while also assisting with general labor and site support when not driving.

Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement (required).
GED or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of commercial driving or construction site experience preferred.
Acceptable driving record per company and DOT standards.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company buses to transport employees to and from parking areas to the onsite work location.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
Maintain clean, safe, and orderly buses.
Follow DOT, company, and site-specific safety requirements.
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding schedules, delays, or maintenance needs.
Assist with survey and layout support, material staging and distribution, and site support activities as needed.
