Job summary

Signal Energy is seeking a Bus Driver to support our solar construction projects. This field-based role involves safely transporting employees between parking areas and the onsite work location, with additional general labor tasks when not driving.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to assist with site support activities to keep operations running smoothly under varied conditions.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving or construction site experience preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement required.
• Acceptable driving record per company and DOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from parking areas to the onsite work location.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly buses.
• Follow DOT, company, and site safety requirements.
