Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drafts and/or finalizes construction bid proposals for complex projects.
• Revise proposals to comply with specification changes before deadlines.
• Review construction specifications for project features and ensure accuracy.
• Review project correspondence to ensure permits and memoranda are incorporated.
• Assemble bid proposals and specifications, including forms, provisions, and plans.
• Prepare addenda to address revisions or document errors.
