Fluor Corporation is seeking a Construction Automation Specialist I to drive model-based project execution with automated workflows. You will coordinate federated 3D models, validate data, and develop 4D simulations to support planning and execution across multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes leveraging Navisworks, BIM data, and digital construction tools to improve project delivery and reporting while collaborating with Engineering, Construction, BIM, and Project Controls teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, BIM, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fundamental understanding of construction execution processes and digital construction technologies.
• Ability to learn and apply Fluor standards, procedures, and automation workflows.
• Experience working with large datasets and model-based information.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate, manage, and maintain multidisciplinary federated 3D models through the project lifecycle.
• Aggregate and manage models from engineering disciplines using Navisworks and related platforms.
• Perform model QA/QC, data validation, and constructability reviews.
