The ideal candidate holds a JD, is admitted to the Texas State Bar, and has at least three years of construction law experience, including disputes and defects. You will provide skilled counsel and represent clients in litigation and arbitration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction law, including dispute resolution, contract negotiation, and risk management. This role requires a deep understanding of construction law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year
