Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on litigation and construction law.
• Current membership in good standing with the State Bar.
• Proven track record of managing multiple cases and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret and draft legal documents.
• Strong research and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and the court.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in the use of legal research software and other legal technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal support and advice to clients in the construction industry.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including case analysis, preparation of pleadings, discovery, and court appearances.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough and detailed legal research to support arguments and positions.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies for complex cases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to construction law and general litigation.
• Provide training and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.

Position Description

We are seeking a dynamic, mid-level Attorney to join our high-performing legal team.
