Job summary

Dean Dorton in Kentucky is seeking an Assurance Supervisor of Construction Services to lead assurance engagements, supervise the team, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality work for construction industry clients.

You will work with general contractors, subcontractors, developers and real estate entities, stay current on construction accounting standards, and collaborate with tax and advisory teams to provide integrated client solutions. CPA or progress toward one is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Three to five years of experience in assurance or accounting; construction industry experience preferred.
• CPA license or ability to obtain CPA in a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance engagements for construction clients.
• Supervise associates and interns.
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Coordinate with engagement teams and managers.
• Review procedures for compliance with accounting standards.
