The NRP Group is seeking a Construction Associate to support the Project Superintendent and Project Manager on multifamily construction projects. You will gain broad exposure to field operations, document control, scheduling, and safety processes from conception through project completion.
You’ll learn to manage daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and close-out records while assisting with subcontractor draws, payroll, and material inventory. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Under the direction of the Project Superintendent, the Construction Associate will gain a broad understanding of the daily functions of a construction job site. This position interacts with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent, involving multiple facets of construction from conception to completion of a project. Will work with the Project Superintendent on proper document control at the project site office for all phases of the construction project. Will assist in document support and work alongside field staff in all aspects of project administration. Learn about all aspects of multifamily construction.
