Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities for multi-family projects in the Phoenix area. Under the Project Superintendent’s direction, you will coordinate schedules, supervise trades, ensure safety compliance, and keep tight control of documentation and quality.

You will liaise with subcontractors, manage field operations, and assist with inspections, punch lists, and closeout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; construction knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 2 years managing multi-family construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production schedules and field documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and materials on-site.
• Maintain project schedule and inspect work for quality and safety.
• Prepare punch lists and verify completion; communicate project status daily.
