Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience required.
• Working knowledge of construction project management software (Procore and P6 scheduling preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop site utilization plan with PM and Superintendent.
• Review, coordinate, approve, and distribute submittals, shop drawings, samples, etc.
• Maintain project files for subcontractors and suppliers, bid packages, plans, changes, and as‑built documents.
• Assist in requisition procedures (review, submittal, payment).
• Expedite subcontractor proposals and evaluate requisitions vs. actual work.
