We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our upcoming project in New Haven, CT.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Project planning, scheduling, and coordination
  2. Safety and quality control management
  3. Accurate forecasting and management of budgets
  4. Change order management
  5. Managing critical subcontractors
  6. Resolving issues involving labor disputes, material delivery, and contract administration
  7. Maintaining vehicle, equipment, and tools management

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 4+ years of experience
  2. Previous construction experience preferred
  3. Ability to establish relationships and lead teams
