Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I for work located in Gainesville, FL. You will assist with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance while supporting project managers on concrete frame and formwork projects.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree and 1–2 years of experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Travel and site coordination across projects will be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience in construction project support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with safety requirements and OSHA regulations.
• Willingness to travel and work on projects outside the office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Perform site inspections and audits for safety and quality.
• Assist with managing productivity, costs, and safety per company policy.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to procure projects and reduce risk.
• Coordinate material/equipment schedules and subcontractor contracts.
• Support documentation and reporting for project teams.
