Major Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects to ensure timely completion.
  2. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Keep customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams informed on project progress.
  3. Budget & Compliance Management: Maintain budgets, ensure profitability, and adhere to company protocols and safety policies.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure service quality meets high standards and industry best practices.
  5. Site Safety Oversight: Develop and enforce Site Safety Plans, conduct Toolbox Meetings, and participate in safety investigations.

Background Requirements:

  1. Experience: Background in construction project management, with knowledge of workflow procedures and industry standards.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of the insurance industry (a plus).
  3. Problem-Solving Ability: Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
  5. Driving Record: Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean record.
