• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
• Professional communication skills and a proactive problem-solver
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Overview

GCB Building Group is seeking a motivated Construction Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of luxury residential renovations valued at $1 million and above. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented construction professional with at least 3 years of experience in high-end residential renovations and fluency in BuilderTrend. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, project managers, subcontractors, and clients to help manage day-to-day operations, track project performance, and ensure that all project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
