Job summary

Crane-Tec, a material handling company based in Cincinnati, is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager across all project phases. The right candidate will grow into a Project Manager role and contribute to estimates, procurement, submittals, shop drawings, and closeout documents.

You will coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and installation crews, ensuring schedules and safety.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Office Administration is preferred.
• 1 year of Construction office experience is preferred.
• Construction knowledge is a plus but is not required.
• High attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, flexible and eager to learn.
• Organized and can maintain organization when multi-tasking.
• Comfortable within the Microsoft Office environment of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities
