HITT Contracting is seeking a Construction Assistant in Washington state to support project managers, organize documentation, and prepare meeting and pricing packages. You will coordinate with subs, vendors, and clients to ensure accurate information flow and timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited university is preferred.
• Experience with a professional organization and demonstrated accountability, professionalism and organization skills is preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive—takes initiative and seeks responsibility.
• Strong proficiency with Word, Excel and other Microsoft-based software.
• Integrity and alignment with the HITT Way in all matters.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration across diverse backgrounds.
