HITT Contracting is seeking a Construction Assistant to support project managers by organizing documentation, preparing meeting and pricing packages, and coordinating information with subs and the project team.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited university is preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive with initiative and responsibility.
• Experience with Word, Excel and other Microsoft-based software.
• Ability to communicate clearly with project team members, subs, vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with organizing project documentation and meeting packages.
• Prepare pricing packages and information distributions for subs and project team members.
• Maintain operation and maintenance manuals and ensure timely delivery of documentation.
