Job summary

HITT Contracting in Seattle, WA is seeking a Construction Assistant who will report to the Project Manager. You will communicate daily with project staff, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate documentation and quality deliverables.

The role requires a four-year degree preferred, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. You will help maintain professional communication, support project teams, and contribute to a respectful, safe, and efficient

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited university is preferred.
• Prior experience with word, excel and other Microsoft based software.
• Self-motivated and proactive – takes initiative and seeks responsibility.
• Experience with teamwork, customer service orientation, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• The Construction Assistant reports directly to the Project Manager and communicates daily with PM staff, subcontractors, vendors and clients.
• Ensure effective communication, consistent quality of work products, and timely delivery of documentation.
• Collaborate with project team to maintain professional, clear communication tailored to the audience.
